The Butterfly Awards is an annual event which honours survivors of babyloss and celebrates the work of those who support them. Nominations are received throughout the year, with the winners announced at the ceremony. This inspirational evening raises awareness of babyloss – whether that be through ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death, compassionate induction, sudden loss or loss of an infant following illness.

Babyloss remains a taboo. The Butterfly Awards provide an important platform to bring this topic into the light. We don’t shy away from the difficult areas, or remove the sadness and emotion from the event. We provide a safe, held space where tears and cheers exist side by side.

A black tie/cocktail dress event, held in beautiful surroundings ensures that this is a treat to remember, whilst we remember all those we carried – but didn’t meet, those we held – who didn’t come home, and those who came home but didn’t stay.
