After reading about Annabelle work with angel babies and bereaved families I was both emotional but inspired. What a wonderful thing to do at such an important time.
Claire picked up on a butterfly theme we had adopted for our fundraising and placed a single white butterfly broach on every order of service, we also requested no flowers so instead Claire places beautiful silk butterflies on Evelyn’s coffin. Just a week after the funeral Claire delivered a beautiful handmade personalised wooden memory box, which is a service they now offer bereaved parents.

Kat was the funeral director for my grandson Oliver who was stillborn at the end of June. The care she gave to Oliver reassured us-nothing was too much to ask for. Her suggestions for the service and burial made such a difference. We can look back and know that we would change nothing. The compassion she showed helped us all to make it through, showed that she had a true understanding of stillbirth and the rawness you feel when this devastating event happens
Nothing could have however prepared us for losing her on the day we were expecting to finally meet her. Natasha so caringly listened to our story, giving both comfort and guidance on the steps we should take next. More so than anything she made us not feel so alone as we felt that she would take care of us and our little girl and help us through the stages of planning her service and the day itself.
